Sometime during the week of September 5, 2016, DuFrazier Services will begin doing some street repair work in our subdivision.  They will be working on several areas of River Oaks Dr that run from Sweet Bay Ct to Carissa Ct.  They will also repair an area on Lantana Ct.  These areas have been identified as the areas of highest priority of the needed repairs identified at this time. The Board of Directors is calling a special meeting on August 25, 2016 at 7 PM in the clubhouse to vote on a special assessment of $200 per year per lot dedicated to street maintenance. At the Annual Meeting a motion passed to vote on a special assessment of $200 per year for street maintenance if a vote on street dedication failed. On or about July 1, 2016 you should be getting an US Mail letter from GNO about the mid-year dues assessment.  Be on the look out for it with it addressed from GNO Property Management on behalf of the River Oaks Homeowners Association.  Be sure to read the entire letter for more information about an upcoming Special Meeting. The 2nd half of the year assessments are due August 1, 2016.

The vote to dedicate the streets on May 26, 2016 failed to pass.  There were 106 votes for dedication and 72 against.  The votes needed to pass were 141 which is 51% of the eligible voters.  There were 275 eligible voters for this election.  The total voting shares (Class A) for the subdivision is 295.
