August 25, 2016 Special Meeting Notice (Click Here for Information)
The Board of Directors is calling a special meeting on August 25, 2016 at 7 PM in the clubhouse to vote on a special assessment of $200 per year per lot dedicated to street maintenance. At the Annual Meeting a motion passed to vote on a special assessment of $200 per year for street maintenance if a vote on street dedication failed.
