STREET DEDICATION VOTE TO DEDICATE – FAILED

The vote to dedicate the streets on May 26, 2016 failed to pass.  There were 106 votes for dedication and 72 against.  The votes needed to pass were 141 which is 51% of the eligible voters.  There were 275 eligible voters for this election.  The total voting shares (Class A) for the subdivision is 295. The Board wishes to thank all who participated in the election.  The Board will also begin work on setting a special meeting to consider a special assessment of $200 per year dedicated to street maintenance as per motion 2 at this year’s annual meeting if the street dedication vote failed to pass.
