Pool Lifeguard Season Ends – Pool Remains Open

July 30th will be the last day for lifeguards at the River Oaks pool for 2017.  The Pool will remain open until October 15, 2017.  All users during non-lifeguard hours must be 18 years of age or older or accompanied by an adult (Person 18 years of age or older).  On Mondays, the pool will remain closed for cleaning.  Please remember to keep the gate closed, pick up your trash, and put umbrellas down. Street Work Began July 5, 2017 – Completed July 21, 2017

On Wednesday July 5, Matt Franklin Services began doing some street repair work in our subdivision.  The areas worked were on River Oaks Dr that run from Vesper Lane to Sweet Bay Ct and in the 800 block of River Oaks Dr.  They will also repaired several areas on Carrisa Ct (1404 and 1428) and on the corner of Woodberry and Turnberry and at 207 Turnberry.  They also repaired the pothole at Woodberry and River Oaks Dr. This completed the next phase of repairs to the areas that have been identified as the areas of highest priority at this time. This and all past street repairs in 2016 and 2017 is funded through the street special assessment.  The next street repair work is not scheduled until 2018.  Other street repairs may be necessary if issues occur before the next scheduled repairs. Deadline For Returning the New Pool Waiver Form extended to May 22, 2017

Homeowners that have existing key cards/fobs will be required to sign a new indemnification waiver.  The Board revised our form on advice of Legal Counsel to provide the association with appropriate legal protection. Deadline for Key card holders to sign a new Waiver has been extended to May 22nd (Monday after the “Meet and Greet at the Pool). The extension is due to the upcoming Pool Party.  You can sign your waiver at the Pool Party.  You may not be aware but Charlotte is on limited duty after surgery.  Call Annette Curren or Bennie Daigle if you need assistance.
