Is your Street Light Out?

If you notice that a street light is not working you can report it to CLECO and they will come out and repair it.  You can report in two ways:

1. Call 1-800-622-6537 and give them your address and the two digit number on the street light pole.  
2. Got this web site: https://www.cleco.com/-/report-streetlight-dusk-to-dawn-light-out  and use this form shown to request that a street light be repaired. The form ask for name, address, email address and the two digit number on the street light pole
3. Please allow up to three to five working days to complete repairs.
