Street Work Began July 5, 2017 – Completed July 21, 2017
On Wednesday July 5, Matt Franklin Services began doing some street repair work in our subdivision. The areas worked were on River Oaks Dr that run from Vesper Lane to Sweet Bay Ct and in the 800 block of River Oaks Dr. They will also repaired several areas on Carrisa Ct (1404 and 1428) and on the corner of Woodberry and Turnberry and at 207 Turnberry. They also repaired the pothole at Woodberry and River Oaks Dr. This completed the next phase of repairs to the areas that have been identified as the areas of highest priority at this time. This and all past street repairs in 2016 and 2017 is funded through the street special assessment. The next street repair work is not scheduled until 2018. Other street repairs may be necessary if issues occur before the next scheduled repairs.
